Brightsparks Recruitment Staff specialises in providing the highest quality bar, waiting and hospitality staff to work at a wide range of events… We work at some of the top sporting and social events in the calendar; at a variety of corporate, private and VIP functions of all sizes all year round.

We work at some of the top sporting, music and social events in the calendar; at a variety of corporate, private and VIP functions of all shapes and sizes. We provide a full range of FOH event staff: bar, waiting and hospitality staff; promotions and sampling staff; hostess, registration and welcoming staff; team leaders, supervisors and managers; we even supply film extras, models and photographers from time to time!

StaffThe work is all year round, although we are busiest during the summer, and our events include international cricket at Lords, concerts and matches at Wembley Stadium, Premiership Football, International Rugby, concerts such as Take That, AC/DC, Coldplay, Muse, Green Day and festivals like The O2 Wireless and Wakestock.

You’ll be working with other fun and like minded people, the vast majority tend to be students, graduates or on gap years, so you’ll make friends and have fun too… “Work hard, play hard”!!!
