Through our recruitment process, all of our staff are carefully screened and selected
for the qualities of a “Brightspark” before receiving training and mentoring to
enable them to give the highest level of service.

our recruitment, database, bookings and allocations. We are able to track all of
our staff from when they first apply, through the recruitment and referencing process
and then through every job throughout their career at Brightsparks. Using these
systems we build up a detailed profile of all of our staff to enable us to add more
value by best matching the staff with the particulars of the job.
