We employ a fantastic team of bright, personable, presentable and experienced staff, the vast majority of whom are university students, graduates or on gap years either side of university and all are completely fluent in English. They combine the highest level of event and service skills with the personality and attitude to work proactively and integrate appropriately with your guests.
We pride ourselves on forming strong and close working relationships with our staff and clients alike where we all work hard for each other in a fun and friendly environment.
Behind the scenes
We have developed and built our own sophisticated, bespoke web-based system to manage our recruitment, database, bookings and allocations. We are able to track all of our staff from when they first apply, through the recruitment and referencing process and then through every job throughout their career at Brightsparks.
Using these systems we build up a detailed profile of all of our staff to enable us to best match them with the particulars of each job.
