Through engaging with and employing so many students and graduates during and after their university careers and helping many of them find their graduate positions, we build long standing relationships with our Brightsparks that continue well into their careers.
The Young Professionals Recruitment team maintain and build on these profiles and relationships to place candidates with up to five years’ experience as they progress up the career ladder.
